Time for some updates as we've taken in a few new pigs recently. Starting with the most recent, Athena (black and white) came to us on Friday. She had been lonely since losing her partner a few weeks ago, and was in need of some new friends. She immediately ran into one of the little houses and hid there until Alaska (white) came in to check on her, and they have since become best friends. Alaska herself was a bit of a problem case when she joined us about a year and a half ago, so it's great to see her embracing more of a leadership role within the group. Athena has since become a very confident, quite boisterous character and seems delighted with her new home and the friends she's made in it.
